Japanese Client Customizes Waste Aluminum and Broken Bridge Aluminum Shredding, Crushing and Sorting Production Line, Su

On April 8, 2025, Chenrui Machinery reached an in-depth customized cooperation with a Japanese professional metal recycling enterprise, successfully signing a contract for a set of integrated production line dedicated to shredding, crushing and sorting of waste aluminum and broken bridge aluminum. The entire production line includes a double-shaft pre-shredder, a heavy-duty crusher, magnetic separation equipment and supporting conveying systems, which can realize fully automatic crushing, impurity removal and purification of waste aluminum profiles.

After rigorous manufacturing and factory testing, the entire set of equipment has been completed and successfully loaded into containers, and is about to be shipped to Japan for use. This project is an important achievement of Chenrui Machinery's efforts in the high-end metal recycling market in Asia.
