CR SINGLE SHAFT SHREDDER
CR Single shaft shredder is a machine with a single motor and one rotor shaft.
There is a horizontal push box inside, which can help to shred the materials better.
It can handle a wide range of materials, such as plastic lump and junction, wood, cloth and fabric, etc. Campare to the double shaft shredder, it is equipped with a seive, which can control the output particle size. The output products after shredding can be sold as it or be sent for the next processing step.
Single shaft shredder can work as a stand-alone or be used in complete recycling line.
The hydraulic ram pushes the marerial against the rotor at a pre-set speed.
The material is shredded by the rotor teeth.
The hydraulic ram maintains the pressure against the rotor, maximizing output of shredded material.
◊Single-shaft shredder
It is mainly used for shredding and recycling various thick-wall waste materials and leftover materials in the plastic industry.
It can effectively shred and crush large materials (such as extra-thick head materials, nozzle materials, gate materials, large plastic pipe fittings, large-diameter thick-wall PE pipes, PE head materials, plastic packaging barrels, large bundles of plastic films, large bundles of woven bags, rolled films, paper, fibers, plastic boxes, plastic garbage cans, TV casings, computer shells, printer housings, copper wires, forklift pallets, plastic clamping plates, plastic turnover boxes, etc.) and is suitable for crushing and recycling various materials of plastic, rubber and wood. Shredded particles can be small to 20mm according to different needs.
◊Advantage
1. The main shaft is driven by gear reducer, running smoothly, with low noise and large torque.
2. The material of the knife: Cr12MoV(Japanese brand SKD-11, American brand D2); the moving knife uses the "V" or "one" word installation way to make the knife cut evenly, reduce energy consumption and reduce noise in the whole work; each knife has 4 cutting edges, and then rotates 90 degrees after wear; each set has 2 cutting edges. After wearing, it can be rotated for 180 degrees to continue to use; the blade on the rotor can be disassembled for easy cleaning, maintenance.
3. We can supply different rollers according to different material. Choosing the right rollers can improve machine performance and production efficiency. We can supply the following three rollers: High performance roller, hard material roller and film roller.

Single shaft shredder consists of a knife disc and a static knife to complete shredding material. Cutter is composed of a base shaft and several shape quadrilateral knife block.
